I was able to make the COB this past Wednesday and had a great time. The wife and I spent 5-6 hours in the sand and surf and never had any problems. The traffic was light with several passing fisherman who would wave as they past. There were sever other vehicles that would pass and make a turn and occasionally the drivers would park a respectibably distant away. Encountered two other couples that were making their last trip to the beach before heading back north to their homes, and they were very friendly. We spent the entire time in the way nature entended and no problems.
