One person suggested that everyone who visits SPI and the nude beach pay in cash for everything and write "COB" on the bills,
occasionally writing out "Clothing optional beach" so they learn what COB means and how much money comes in because
of the nude beach. We will do this next time.

Any more updates on this Rambo wannabe? Please post them, especially if he gets fired. I don't like to wear OR carry my clothes when I take those long
walks in the surf. Up to now all rangers have been super nice to us every time we've been at the COB. Reminds me of the wannabe here at Hippie Hollow
(official clothing optional Travis County park), he's the only park ranger that carries a gun, every known police gadget on his belt, long trousers, boots
and every inch of him is soaked in sweat! All other rangers are in t-shirts and shorts and only carry a radio.

The one thing I don't understand is how does a Cameron County Park Ranger have any authority north of the County Line in Willacy County. Why is he even
allowed to drive his Cameron County vehicle all the way to the cut. Even if they have an inter-agency agreement for enforcement the Ranger is still expending
Cameron County funds, assets and equipment in another county. Beyond that a Cameron County Court has NO authority to hear a case that occurred in another
county. A Willacy County Court would have jurisdiction over any citations issued by Cameron County Park Ranger in Willacy County. Now comes the travel
expences and wages for the Park Ranger to drive to and attend court in Willacy County. Time he could be catching real criminals within his patrol area. Upon
appeal to a State Court the inter-agency agreement may or may not be upheld in a non-emergency situation.

I never know when I'll be free to go to HH. I went yesterday though, it was great! My two friends at HH were at the COB for a whole week two weeks ago and
didn't run into this new ranger and they posed the same questions regarding why Cameron County would be issueing citations in Willacy.
