Got back last night from the Valley and the COB. Sunday was in the eighties, sun was warm and the beach was soooo fine! Saw an ol' friend on the beach as
we were about to park by the "hat tree" at the 15.5 mile marker up from entrance six. He's a local and sez ol' Barney is still around trying
to "clean up this town" on his very own! He should stay down by entrances 5 & 6 and clean up that bunch of no goods instead of bothering us

I'm sure they do however I wonder if the County Commissioners are aware of the expenditure of county money used for such patrols (fuel - vehicle wear -
maintenance) when the county is already strapped for cash. This is not an emergency as in when someone dials 911 for help. Usually inter agency agreements
have to do with an urgent response to protect life and property or a request for assistance.

I sure would like to document Barney's real name with a date and time that he was North of the Cameron-Willacy
County line within Willacy county harassing adults. I also need the license tag information of the vehicle he is driving. From my maps I read the hat tree at
26.26.07N & 97.13.57W just about 1.7 miles North of the county line at 26.24.41N & 97.13.32W
