Does anyone have an update on Barney Fife? In 2008 we had another JERK that would issue tickets for anyone parking to close to the vegetation but I think he finally got fired harassing people on COB.

I dont know what else he did except write a PI ticket to the old couple. He did take it back from then when the old lady started crying. I'll try and find out more if I can. Sad.

We just finished 9 days on the COB, nude everyday with nothing but waves from the Park Rangers - until Sunday 9-28-08...

A new ranger showed up hassling everyone, including an 80 yr old nude couple ( he wrote them a citation but relented when the old woman started crying) and a clothed fisherman. The tin badged bandito actually stopped and asked the fisherman "what are you doing here?".

He first showed up at 10AM on his way to the jetty, then...
